Today, our active portfolio companies generate triple-digit million revenues.  The development of revenues and employee headcount in our investments documents our ability to create and to also implement significant growth. In the past years, our portfolio companies managed to increase both their revenues and earnings by double-digit rates. This development was fostered by a growing workforce. 

Under the brand Gymondo, 7NXT operates Germany's broadest online fitness platform with video content from Yoga to high intensity workout. 7NXT also sells associated physical products (e.g. nutritional supplements) through its own online platform as well as offline retailers and engages closely with social media influencers. Thanks to its user base and influencers, 7NXT is well positioned to further scale up new nutritional supplement brands.

Asgoodasnew, operating the platforms "asgoodasnew.com" and "wirkaufens.de", specializes in the purchase and the subsequent sale of used electronic devices. The featured products are up to 30% less expensive than new products and possess a 30 months warranty. By reprocessing used electronic devices instead of producing new devices, the company also saves on CO2 emissions and thus saves resources.

AlphaPet is a multi-channel provider of premium pet food. With its ecommerce properties "pets Premium" and "Hundeland", AlphaPet has established itself as a leading platform in Germany featuring both premium segment brands and products. Furthermore, AlphaPet operates an innovative incubator for premium brands and a platform ("Leinentausch.de") for further digital pet services.

Atheneum offers expert sessions, expert backed research as well as expert placements via its technology-enabled platform. Powered by a network of 450,000+ experts, Atheneum provides on-demand access to global intelligence. The platform's clients are comprised of strategy consulting firms, investment houses and global corporations.

Based in Germany, auxmoney is an online peer-to-peer credit lending marketplace. With its highly sophisticated proprietary scoring algorithms, it mainly provides consumer loans. Every day, hundreds of individuals are served allowing them to realize projects and dreams fully independently of banks. Since its foundation in 2007, more than 200,000 loans have been provided illustrating the attractiveness of the market. 

CareerTeam is a leading data driven executive search firm with a focus on IT and digital experts featuring a network of 350,000 profiles. The company currently employs more than 180 people and operates offices in four countries (Germany, France, Switzerland, The Netherlands). The recruitment process of candidates is comprised of a software-enabled selection, data driven multi-channel search as well as industry knowledge of the recruiting teams.

Hakle specializes in the production and sale of sanitary tissues. With its long-standing history dating back to 1928, Hakle has 90% brand awareness in the German speaking region. The company sells branded products through retail (Hakle, Hakle Feucht, Dick&Durstig) and also produces private label brands for B2B customers. The company's objective is to provide customers with a distinguished feeling of cleanness and freshness by applying highest standards in quality, comfort and care.

Based in Germany, Kiveda is a multi-channel seller of custom-made kitchens. Sales channels feature an online planning tool, local stores as well as direct selling representatives. With the expected online shift of the €13bn German kitchen market, Kiveda as a first mover is well positioned to further enhance its business. Originally an online-only company, Kiveda eventually acquired the offline direct selling company KüchenQuelle to enhance its business.

babymarkt is a leading German multi-channel retailer for baby and child products. The company operates both an online store and stationary stores. Due to its strong growth strategy, babymarkt was named "Growth Champion of the year 2018" by the German news magazine Focus. Today, the company offers its customers more than 100,000 products and runs an online store in 14 European countries.

SELECTED EXITS

Dynamic Yield is a technology company engaged in the personalization of customer experiences. Its machine learning engine works with personalization campaigns, A/B tests and triggers email and push notifications. Today, Dynamic Yield powers individualized experiences for more than 600 million users each month across hundreds of global brands.

Founded in 1978, KüchenQuelle is engaged in the direct offline selling of kitchens. As a consequence of the acquisition by Kiveda, it now belongs to the newly formed Kiveda Group.  

Lieferando, now part of the Dutch Takeaway.com, specializes in online food ordering and home delivery. Through its business model, it managed to revolutionize the customer experience during the entire process of food ordering. Currently, the platform features more than 15,000 restaurants giving the customer a wide culinary range to choose from.

Magisto is a company founded in Israel that provides tools to create and edit short-form videos. Apart from providing editing functionalities, the company also sources music, stock photos and other elements. Currently, Magisto has more than 100 million users.

Founded in 2000, Parship is an only dating platform based in Hamburg, Germany. The company's stated objective is to encourage and form long-term partnerships. Parship turned international in 2002 and is now active in 13 countries, such as Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Spain and Mexico.

Yokebe develops products that help to lose weight and that support the general well-being. The products are served as shakes replacing normal meals. They feature a triple effect consisting of a stimulation of the general metabolism, enhancement of satiation alongside reduced carb meals and avoidance of loss of muscle mass.
